Resolve.exe - System error

I get an error saying that the program can not run because MSVCP120.dll was not found.
I have tried reinstalling both v16 and 17.
I also tried reinstalling the C++ 2012 distribution software..

Right now it is 16,if you are thinking about Resolve..

I reinstalled v17 now.. Still same result.

See the faqs in ref to reporting full system info, adding a NFO and logs for someone to assist.
