Resolve Audio Mixer with dB Number Indicators

PostSat Feb 20, 2021 10:28 pm

Hello,
I'm not sure if there is a setting or not, but in Fairlight, under the "Control Room" section, the actual dB number gets constantly updated to show the dB reading (-4 dB, -7 dB, -13 dB, etc. etc dependant on how loud the signal is).

However, in the actual audio mixer, I only see levels but not a dB reading for *each* track. Is there any way to turn this "on" in the software, or is that just not possible?

Thanks,
-Asaf

That peak level reading in the Control Room meter is not repeated on the other meters, you have to read the peak hold markers against the db scales.
