Timeline keyframes

PostSun Feb 21, 2021 7:00 am

I am not sure that this is a new thing with V17 but it is in V17 so here it is:

I have multiple clips in the timeline that are an H264 - it seems to attract render glitches etc etc so I have decided to replace them with transcodes. They all have speed changes and (accordingly?) will not pop into place with "Conform Lock with media pool clip". There might be a more efficient way for me to be doing this but I have chosen this approach - Get the in point line it up on the timeline (different track) copy original > Paste attributes (Everything). I get the speed change, the grade positions etc etc etc BUT
the many opacity keyframes (sometimes a dozen on each clip) are somewhere way to the left...floating in some strange space. I can see that trying to map the keyframe positions to the new clip with speed change hurdles to consider might make for some interplanetary quantum coding demands.
