BUG: Timeline Clips show partially Offline

This is a problem that seems to have happened with beta 8 or 9. Part way through a clip on the timeline it shows offline for a while before showing online again. In the Media Page the clip shows online all the way through. This clip was likely placed on the timeline by dragging a marked range in v16 ( it's been so long I can't remember). The workaround until this is fixed, is to replace the clip from the source clip, not it's marked range. Also, re-rendering the cache can work.

I'm experiencing something similar (which I reported in a separate post) where the media are .PNG files that were dragged into the Media pool, or dragged directly into the timeline. Beta 9 says the files are offline - but in the Media pool, the names are not shown in red (as is usually the case when a file is truly offline).

In my case it definitely seems to be a problem with cache renders of this long GOP material. Re-rendersing usually causes the problem to go away.

I have seen some Cache glitches in 17. Re-Caching has always solved the issue for me.

I'm also seeing it with some cached EXR sequences.
