Replace color

Is it possible to replace black/grey color to something else? If yes, then how?

on the color page you can select the darker unsaturated areas of your image with the qualifier.
than put the color generator effect on that node and select the color you want.

Colorization of B&W images is kind of beyond what Resolve was designed for, but you can do that in a limited way. At some point, it becomes VFX and animation.
