My system was using an integrated GPU with my CPU.

I load Resolve and import media - it's an MP4 about 153MB .
I then drag it into the timeline.
Resolve crashes without any notice - it just disappears.

So I just bought a new "GeForce GTX 1050 TI 4GB GDDR5" thinking that was the problem.
But it still crashes - only this time is asks to send an error log.

I am running Windows 10. 16GB System Ram.

What specific GPU driver is installed for that new GPU?
it probably needs updating.

I tried to update the driver but Windows said i had the latest.
so, I went to the nvidia site and downloaded the latest driver.
now it crashes while loading Resolve or when i click "new project".
