Is there a way to reduce the sensitivity of the color wheels for mouse/graphics tablet - users?
Because sometimes even a slight movement on the wheels causes a very heavy grade.

I don't know if this is true for version 16 as I no longer have that version for testing, but in 17 holding down Shift will make the movements larger, holding down Alt will make them smaller.

Yep, that's great.
Is there a way to zoom into the wheel?

Or make the range from 0-0.25 instead of 0-0.5 it is?
Basically i want more fine tuned adjustments

Shift will not only make them larger, but it will actually switch to a "point and choose" mode; wherever you shift click, the selector will appear.
