Two things:
a. please take a look at
this post. This is the minimum needed info we need to help you troubleshoot. Adding additional context - driver versions, exact Resolve versions, what is connected to the laptop (aux displays, USB headphones, bluetooth peripherals etc) - would help. The
General troubleshooting section in the FAQs might be worth a read.
b. If I were to venture a blind first step, it would be to check your drivers. Go to
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics - enter your processor version, download the drivers and do a clean install. Search for display driver uninstaller, and make sure you're comfortable with the process. If trying out this step first, please grab logs and NFO after this step.
