Hello,
I'm struggling with my New Zealand footage. The colors on that place a natural "strange" and unbelieveable.
My cameras produced in spite of using filters often strange color results ON BLUE, which I'm now adjust.
Moutains/hills and sometimes forrest landscapes have a very high and deep blue. Here I want to reduce/change the blue.
I'm not very sucessful in order to get rid of the blue cast. Here I use masks under the COLOR workspace/window and tried nearlly each color adjustments in combination, what Davinci Resolves provides. On the end I could reduce/change the blue color cast, but not enough.
What I'm missing in Davinci Resolve under COLOR is a conventional HSL slider solution for the typical HSL adjustments
- Red
- Orange
- Yellow
- Green
- Turquoise
- Blue
- Purple
- Red
- Pink
which I use e.g. in photo color grading. On the photos I get the need results with that HSL slider.
Do you have an idea for Davinci Resolve how to solve the blue color cast?
Can I add additional Color FX modules for tracked polygon masks? If I add Open FX to the mask notes, nothing happens. Perhaps a third party Open FX modules includes the above named HSL function?
