Clips partially offline

PostWed Feb 24, 2021 2:31 pm

Hi,

For a project we got files from the Sony A7sIII (MP4 XAVC 422 10bit 25P with audio timecode from a Tentacle).
When we load them into DaVinci Resolve and make a timeline some parts of the clips are offline (see screenshot 01). This only happens sometimes though. Other times the same clips are ok (see screenshot 02). When we want to export the files to Avid (AVID AAF) we get an error when the render gets to the offline part (see screenshot 03). Does anyone get the same problem and does anyone know the solution?

We work with:
Davinci Resolve Studio v16.2.8.
Windows 10
GPU: 2x NVIDEA QUADRO P5000
CPU: Intel Xeon Gold 6134

Kind Regards,

Hannes
