Is it a known problem that the Downres isn't working in Resolve 17?
UHD 24p timeline has to have 1080p monitoring to send a HD signal down SDI B
Is there a way to have an HD downres on SDI B from resolve?
Am I just missing something?
Failing to get Dolbyvision to work, but I know that will take a while!

I don't have the exact same card, but I'm using v17 and downscaling one of the outputs on a DeckLink 4K Pro without issues.

It's a feature of the card, not Resolve, so the downscaling settings are made in the DeckLink driver.
