I had been using the free version of resolve for the longest time but I wanted to be able to put my 3090 to use to I bought the studio version and ever since, I have been having nonstop issues. I uninstalled everything and did a fresh install and I am losing my mind trying to figure out what to do.
When I started using the paid version, my audio on everything I added to the timeline was crackling nonstop, I could play the video using anything else on my computer and there was no issue but as soon as I added it to the timeline and hit play, the audio was heavily crackling. After a few hours, I found that if I turn my GPU processing mode to OpenCL the audio restores to normal, but now the playback in the timeline is utterly useless and plays back at several frames per second, but everything in my settings asks it to play back at 60fps. I dont know what to do, If I put the GPU back to to CUDA, the playback is just fine but I cannot listen for more than a few seconds without my head wanting to explode from how back the crackling gets.
I never had this issue on the free version and now im getting serious buyer's remorse on this.
Im using the most recent version of studio, all my drivers are the latest as well. Also have a 5900x and 32 gb RAM if that helps.
