Please provide us a link to a sample recorded clip, a diagnostic log archive and a system info (NFO) file.

Some description on the audio setup (i.e. which mic, what interface, patching etc) would help too.

Thanks

Where are you setting the Neewer USB Microphone to 48K Hz?

I notice in audacity that the audio sample rate is set to 44.1. In Davinci listening to the audio sounds like a sample rate mismatch, possibly with the audio hardware and the operating system settings or Davinci setup.
Thank you

I get stuttering results when I try the following:

1. I have two-track audio in a stereo track. (It's not actually "stereo" it's dual-mono with audio only in the first channel.)

2. I set up a mono bus, Output this (stereo) track to the mono bus, then patch the mono bus to the L and R outputs.

It stutters and breaks up. This also happens if I stick the stereo clip into a mono track and output that track to a mono bus. I think, in the past, a track/bus would take as many channels as it could from a clip/input, so in this case I believe it should work.

This is with a 59.94 FPS video clip with 48K audio in a 24 FPS timeline with 48K audio.
