Toolbar and everything gone!

today when i open DaVinci Resolve and open the new project, after i find out my toolbar and all the interface is gone, but in the windows when the mouse move to toolbar still can see the selection and drop menu, after i reinstall the software but everything still the same...anyone can help? thx
