Hello,
I am reporting the same issues of the dongle not working. Here's what I know:
- Dongle has worked no problems up until about an hour ago
- Now Resolve Studio 17 asks for activation key despite dongle being connected
- Currently, no green light on the dongle
- Device manager is not able to see the dongle (it suggests I need to connect it, despite it being plugged in)
- I have tried all the other ports, same situations.
- All the ports work with other devices, so it's not the port(s).
- I have a bunch of projects to deliver this week.
IF anyone has an idea of how to activate the dongle again and get Windows (11) to see it/recognise it, that would be much appreciated. Terrible timing, I have work to deliver.
