Studio Version of 16 suddenly deactivated help!

Hello All

The V16 Studio license I paid for through B&H has suddenly deactivated after 2 years of use.

I am living abroad at the moment and have no way to access my physical activation code.

I'm right in the middle of a project and have been using the software for years. VERY FRUSTRATED.

Please let me know how to resolve (da-dum) this issue!

It's too late now! But I made always a photo of my Keycodes on my smartfphone. In this way no problem.
Hopefully somebody can help you but I don't believe it.
