720HD Video playback choppy in Fairlight (Davinci 17) but sm

I noticed that video playback is smooth in the Edit page, however, too choppy in the Fairlight page even when playing 720p. I never had this issue in DaVinci 16 even at UHD video playback was always smooth.
Any suggestions? Or is this a common issue in D17?
