Media Offline bug V17

So I am having this weird bug where anything that is not BRAW randomly becomes "Offline", but I can play the audio just fine.

When that happens, it acts the same in the media pool; image offline, audio playable.

I am using the official release.
My system : 16-inch MBP M3 Max 64 GB running Sequoia 15.0.1

If you are using the studio version, go to preferences and try to disable the hardware accelerated decoding
