DR17 Studio Install Error

Been using DR since 16. Bought studio at 16.2. Have had no install problems,
However I get this error now when I install.
I have no clue.
I logged a call with Microsoft and after some considerable dialog, they suggested i did a complete install. I refused. It would take me 100's of hours, literally. I do have backups etc / system images but cannot identify when this problem arose.
The install error I get is:
"The specified account already exists"
Any help/pointers would be appreciated.
I think it might be around user/group permissions and folder permissions/group
I am no windows guru but know my wat around a bit
