Resolve 17 - AAF from Premiere -

just upgraded to 17 and there are issues with importing an AAF. In 16 there are no problems. In 17 the timeline comes in correctly but clips have the wrong media location associated with them. I imported a previous AAF that had no issues in 17 and same problems persist.
Any thoughts suggestions? ( I also tried 17.1 Beta ) no go.
