Swap Clips Left/Right greyed out
Posted: Sat Feb 27, 2021 3:42 pmNot sure what I'm doing wrong, but I cannot find a way to re-order clips in the timeline without overwriting.
After selecting the clip I'd like to move, SHIFT CMD , and SHIFT CMD . are greyed out and do not have any effect at the keyboard. And SHIFT CMD dragging causes the clip to overwrite wherever I release it, even though I'm careful to release at a snap point, without any rippling. Likewise Ripple Cut is also greyed out and SHIFT CMD X has no effect.
Attached is a screenshot. I'm running DaVinci 17.0 on MacOS BigSur 11.1
