Audio Goes Silent in Resolve 17

PostSat Feb 27, 2021 5:21 pm

Hi folks:

I upgraded to Resolve 17 Studio from 16.2.6 this week.

It's great. There's so much good stuff here.

However...audio regularly completely stops as I am editing. Faders and meters will still move (and sometimes the Main 1 output doesn't, but sometimes it does), but the audio stops completely.

Usually, switching to another timeline, then returning fixes this. But not always.

Occasionally, I have had to restart Resolve.

This has happened about a dozen times in the last few days.

Where do I report bugs for Resolve 17 Studio? I looked around a bit, but couldn't find it.

It does this for me too. I've also noticed multiple places within the same audio track playing at the same time causing static and pops.....pretty weird. I'm on a mid 2015 macbook with Big Sur 11.2.1 and 16GB of RAM.
