Compound Clip within Multicam Sequence? Workaround?

Hey everyone,

Here's what I'm trying to achieve.
I have a multicam sequence with 4 video tracks. Now, I'd like to add a dedicated lower third throughout the entire duration for each clip.
Naturally, I'd create a compound clip that includes the video and text layer and throw that into my multicam sequence. However, this workflow doesn't seem to work as the text layer would not show up.

Is there any smart workaround that doesn't require me to add lower thirds by hand for each angle switch?
