''crashed'' frames in my render file !!!

When I render my project to MP4 file, some frames are crashed.
With the 2 attached picture will be easier to understand:
1: frame from video 1 in the timeline wich is my project
2: same frame in video 2 which is my MP4 export file
How is that possible ?
Is there a way to fix that ?

How is that possible ?
