AUDIO - Normalized Levels: Troubleshoot

Normalized Levels
Free version DaVinci Resolve 16.2
-> Troubleshoot
-> Why, when I click Normalize Audio... Sample Peak Program
Nothing is Happening?
-> Will only Normalize Random Clips
-> Was Working Fine just a few Days ago.
-> True Peak will ACKNOWLEDGE
-> Sample Peak Program
-> Will Not Change "Color" to Dark Green
-> No Further Changes in Levels
Few Days ago I completed a Batch of Over 20 Audio Files with no Issues.
Would this be a File Conversion Issue?
-> Convert Files to another Format before Davinci Resolve?
