Sorry for my bad English.
The In time ( not the time in timeline ) of audio clip will quantize to frames when replacing audio file.
For example, the In time of an audio clip is 2 and half frames ( about 0.104 seconds ). Then I replaced it with another audio file. Then the In time of this audio clip will change to 2 frames ( about 0.083 seconds ) automatically.
The start time in timeline will not change. Just the In time of clip.
This is a very difficult mistake to detect. It took me quite a while to find the problem.
Don't underestimate this small time difference, if I use several instruments audios to do music mix, or two audios to do cross fade ( I just found this problem when I was doing cross fade ), and then replace them, it will cause a misalignment of the sound and may cause an unbearable flange effect.
