Pre-conformed EDL, Scene Cut detection-problem in interlace

I have raport this problem since first beta.
Pre-conformed EDL and load EDL in Scene Cut detection give cuts on wrong timecode.
In first beta it give half cuts of all cuts in edl. This bug was repair but cuts are on wrong timecode.
Please repair that bug.
