[bug] UI logic error in Camera Tracker

In the inspector UI of the camera tracker / "Solve" tab / "Tracker Filtering" panel :

If you uncheck "Maximum Solve Error", it disables the "Maximum Track Error" slider instead ... so there is some cut & paste error in the Qt UI code linking the checkbox to the slider :)

Not a huge deal, but that's still not fixed in 17.1.1 and this would literally take 5 min to fix if any dev looked at it.

Still not fixed in 7.2 :/
