All projects gone after Windows update
Posted: Sun Feb 28, 2021 9:31 pmI recently updated Resolve from 16 to 17, updated the 16 database to work with 17, and everything seemed to be working. All of my projects were there in Resolve 17. I had a different problem though where Resolve was getting stuck on "Loading Fairlight Page" for minutes. I tried some possible solutions I read like uninstalling and reinstalling Resolve 17 and installing the latest graphics driver. Neither of those things fixed the loading problem but my projects were still there. Then I updated Windows 10 because that's something else I saw someone recommend, and now Resolve 17 loads fast but all my projects are gone. Is there any way to get them back? I didn't expect that from just updating Windows. Maybe there's something else that happened that caused it but I don't know what it could be.
