Any 3rd party rendering programs?

PostMon Mar 01, 2021 12:06 am

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows of any 3rd party rendering programs that support pausing rendered. I have a lot of speed warping in my videos and as a result, they can take multiple days to render on my computer and I would like the ability to pause the render for a while to do something like playing a game for a bit. Are there any programs out there that do this for Resolve Studio 17? Thanks for the help,
Ethan.

What's wrong with Resolve's own "pause render" option? What am I missing?

I have never seen a pause render button, I have looked online and through the manual and can't find any mention of any way to pause a render. Although I would love to know how to do it if I am missing it.

No way to pause a render of which I'm aware.

We remotely render some of our projects by using a duplicate workstation off to the side, one that can access the same source drives and project database as our main system, and that way we can render on one machine while continuing color work with the main machine.
