Resolve 17.0 Build 39 Copy & Paste Bug

Please let me know if there's another official place that I should log bugs. This one is simple enough and completely reproducible, but also a massive pain.
Basically, when copying a selection of clips from one timeline and pasting into another, I find that the selection of clips is always pasted into the very start of the sequence, not at the position of the playhead as you would expect. There is nothing I can find to do to modify this behaviour.
The only workaround I have found is to use an "insert paste" (still pastes at start of timeline), and then once more cut, and paste to desired position. This seems to work as it's a cut+paste operation WITHIN rather than BETWEEN timelines. Obviously it's far from ideal though.
Any one else noticed or able to reproduce this?
Working on 17.0 build 39, on Big Sur OSX 11.2.1, on a 16" MBP with 64gig RAM, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M.
