Speed editor trimming frequent crashes + reverting to edit

Hi, I get frequent crashes with speed editor with a project initiated on a different pc.perhaps it would be good to automate sending in error reports as I cannot upload here because theres a 1mb file limit, unless i 7zip them (a more efficient file compressor)

Also i prefer to work in trim mode but for some reason it occasionally jumps back to normal edit, leaving me with gaps when i try to trim.
