video changes from stereo to mono - left ear

I imported several iPhone videos into the edit window of DaVinci Resolve. When they play in the editing window they are in stereo, but after I import them to the timeline at the bottom, the only play out the left channel. Panning them only changes them from left of centre to far left of centre. Any solutions?

Is the Clip on a Stereo Audio Track on the Timeline?

The Track header will indicate "1.0" for Mono and "2.0" for stereo.
Right click the Track header and "Change Track Type To" the required format.

Thanks - That worked. The original must have been in mono, so it needed to be imported to a mono track.
