Deliver takes 18 hours for a 1 minute video

I am using the latest released version of Davinci Resolve 17.
When I have "Timeline proxy mode" set to quarter and I try to generate a 1 minute video it shows a total time of 18 hours.
When I switch off timeline proxy mode it generates in 5 minutes.
Anybody else seen this?
My format is Quicktime and H.265 codec
Resolution is 4k. My recordings are 6k BRAW.
Quality is 50000 Kb/s
My proxy media resolution is quarter and the format is DNxHR SQ
I am not sure what other information I can provide.
