Hello,
I'm having various difficulties with videos from a variety of sources, and I'm not sure of the best way of dealing with all the issues.
Both of these bugs have been reported on the forum elsewhere, but I don't have an overall strategy of dealing with them.
Firstly some of my videos have the crop inverted as per this description:
viewtopic.php?f=21&t=112110&p=641584&hilit=crop+flip#p641584Secondly audio slows when importing video converted into ProRes.
viewtopic.php?f=21&t=128153&p=733328&hilit=proxy+audio#p733328Previously I used the media management tool to transcode the videos to fix the crop inversion, but that then leads to the audio issue on some videos.
This time I used proxy media, which helps a lot in terms of playback performance and fixes crop inversion, but then the audio fails. I guess this strategy amounts to the same thing.
Any thoughts on how I deal with these conflicting issues?
Thanks,
Richard
