Hi, i'm working on DR17 and would like to know whether there's a way in DR either through an embedded feature or an external plugin to be able to detect and mark different voices in a lecture. This would allow me to differentiate between the main voice of the speaker (lav mic) and questions of the audience (using another mic for that). That'd allow for easy editing and not having to listen to the whole lecture to see whether there were questions or not.
Simon Says Transcription can transcribe spoken words. it can recognize unique speakers. The transcript is attached to the clips using clip markers. You can search for speaker names or simply search for keywords and go straight to that section of the clip.
Yea, i knew of that option, but the're quite pricey and i really don't need transcript here, just the ability to detect a different voice. Surely there must be something on the market that does just that...
