BUG? Resolve Studio 17 B10 Not Saving Project?

I started using Studio on 25 Feb, v17 (the latest version on the day), and found that even though I saved the project as I went along (and have auto save enabled), after closing the project and re-opening it, all my changes were lost.
I've updated it to v17.1 Public Beta 10, and still the same problem. It wasn't on every project, a simple project I used was ok, but a more complex one wasn't saving.
The fix that has worked for me, is that I have deleted older project 'versions' that I keep in the same folder for a particular project, and now I can save that project, it's ok now...strange.
So for example, Project A wasn't saving. It was in a folder called Folder A, with around 15 projects of Project A, entitled Project A v0.1, Project A v0.2 etc.
I am using Windows 10, fairly new pc (only 4 months old), very good specs, SSD, lots of HD space.
