Custom Metadata Export?

I would like to export metadata.csv which contains all the clip names associated with them Input LUTs.
Despite i have made a custom bin layout, the CSV i have exported does not include the input LUT column.
Is there any other way to export metadata as my wish? (CLIP NAMES - INPUT LUTS)
