Export with IN/OUT points BUG

Whenever I go to the Deliver Page, I see the In/Out points from my timeline, click add to render queue and then Render All.
DVR then proceeds to disregard the In/Out points and begin a render/export of the entire timeline. I then have to cancel, reset In/Out points, and repeat process to get the export I originally intended (and ostensibly asked DVR for the first time).
Anyone have any insight into why this might be happening, or is it as I suspect a relatively mild (if very annoying) bug?
