Another unhappy person stuck on Loading Fairlight Page

As the title says. I believe I tried everything, including a fresh reinstall. The strange things is that everything was working ok for months, but it stopped working when I used Resolve from a different location (so without my standard screen, for instance). I managed to make it working by reinstalling to 17.0 (had 16.x something before, I don't remember exactly) and logging from a different user and saying 5 prayers. So I hoped the issue is solved. But it's really not. It was only a single successful launch of the program and now I'm stuck where I was again. So I did an uninstall and a new reinstall of 17.0, to no avail.
Please help me, or I'm really struggling and I love Resolve! Thanks!

- Computer is Dell XPS 13 9380 13,3" FHD /i7-8565U/16GB/512GB SSD M.2/Intel UHD/W10P.
- My screen is MON LCD Acer B277bmiprzx 27" FHD (IPS, 4ms, HDMI, DP, USB 3.0, repro), connected via USB-C/DisplayPort. I also tried without the monitor attached, again didn't help.
- System is vanilla W10P.
- Tried with disabled firewall (very unhappy to do that), but to no avail.
- I don't have any special equipment, I have always used Resolve just with the keyboard, mouse and screen.
- I attached the Resolve Logs.
Please help me, or I'm really struggling and I love Resolve! Thanks!
