Open FX in Resolve 17 Studio not working in color tab

Open FX in Resolve 17 and 17.1 is not working in the Color tab. When I click on it, nothing happens, no list of effects can be pulled down. I can see open fx in the edit tab, but Face Refinement is missing, only Beauty is there, and I am using the studio version with a dongle. What's going on?

I can't duplicate this in Studio 17 for Windows. Both effects show up on the Color page.

By clicking the Enhanced Viewer button and restoring the Viewer to its normal smaller size, it restored the Open Fx functionality again. I know this is weird, but it worked!
