Intel Core i7-11700K Rocket Lake CPU Review.

PostSun Mar 07, 2021 4:24 pm

Hi

Anandtech.com has successfully purchased an Intel Core i7-11700K Rocket Lake CPU before it is released for sale. And have then chosen to make and publish a full review:

https://www.anandtech.com/show/16535/in ... ocket-lake

Here is a quote from the conclusion:

'we saw the following:

Single thread floating point: +19.0%
Multi-thread floating point: +19.5%

Sounds great, right?

Single thread integer: +13.0%
Multi-thread integer: +7.3%

Oh'

And I am very happy to se 'New MEDIA Encoders Up to 4K60 10b 4:2:0 AV1' on one of the slides:

And wonder how fast, we can expect to se Hardware AV1 Encoding in Resolve?

Regards Carsten.

Maybe that’s what the 17.1 beta is made for in its Intel version?
