Fusion, goes crazy at 17.1b ?

PostSun Mar 07, 2021 6:40 pm

Please, may someone experienced this before ?

I'm having many problems with integrated Fusion in Resolve Studio 17.1b ...Tested in PC and MAC, same result. ( both machines are i7, with 32gb ram, no warning from OS for low memory )

Tests done :

1- I create a very simple compo, all ok, go to render.. but preview comes black, then back to review what happens at the Fusion tab... and my compo is gone, just one Background or MediaOut node is present...

If try to render, with black screen, then a Fusion rendering problem comes...

2- I create a simple compo, all works, save project, one again... my compo is gone again, one Background or MediaOut node is present...

3- I create a simple compo, but after modifying some nodes adjusting parameters, output does not come, so I need to unlink al relink again nodes... sometimes, I need to delete all and start from scratch

4- I few times, all works, but when scrubbing at deliver tab , setting IN and OUT points... Resolve crashes !!

I'm using a external pluging , Re:Lens from revisionfx.

Thanks for reading !!

Hi

Can you check if a comp without RevisionFX shows this issue?

Please post a diagnostic log archive (Help menu > create diagnostic log on desktop). Please create an NFO file (instructions here). Lastly, please export a comp that shows this issue.

Please upload the three to a file sharing service and post a link here. Please do include a more complete hardware/OS/driver snapshot of your system.

Regards
Shrinivas
