Media import

Hello,
I am brand new on this forum. Before buying Davinci Resolve 17 Studio (LINUX Version), I installed the free version.
I can't import some media from the mediapool. I know that the MP4 format is not accepted, it is the same for the MOV format.
Which formats are accepted for this version under LINUX.

My problem is that with Davinci Resolve 17.0 (LINUX MINT), I can import any media format into the mediapool (Video clips, jpg photos etc) but it is impossible for me to import them into the timeline for editing.
Under Windows 10 no problem to import MOV clips, under LINUX impossible. I don't understand. If you could help me before investing in the Studio version. Thank you.
