Instant crash when using Automatic Dirt Removal

Dear all,

When I apply Automatic Dirt Removal FX on my movie snippet everything looks ok. The moment I hit the play button (space bar) the whole pc crashes each and everytime (goes black and CPU fan goes crazy). Only a hard restart can fix it. The movie file is in prores. I'm using a AMD 3900x and a RTX 3090. Has anyone else such issues or is there a fix for it?

I see the effect doing some very weird things to motion, but no crash.

Studio 17 for Windows.
GTX 970 4GB

Are you using also an AMD Processor or Intel? I had once a similar issue with encoding with an AMD Processor but not present on Intel. Later it got solved somehow.

I use only Intel.

On that machine, an i7 8700K.
