Unable to zoom in/out the timeline in Cut using Alt+mouse

Hello,

In Edit mode, I press Alt and I can use my mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

The same functionality is not working in Cut.

Why does the consistency break here? What I am doing wrong? Thanks for your help!

The Cut page does many things differently.

You get a full timeline on top, and a zoomed in timeline on the bottom. Those are your only options. No other zooming is possible.
