resolve 17.1 again problems with Radeon...

on the official V17.0 I had no Problems loading a project - everything was smooth.
On V17.1 when opening a project, I have to wait some minutes before I can see something in the clip or timeline monitor, or I can start the playback.
Same was on the latest V17 Beta - I had to wait before starting to work...
I have a AMD Raden RX5600XT
