Zooming

PostWed Mar 10, 2021 2:20 pm

Hi, I zoom in on adjustment/compound clips a lot, especially for dynamic zooming for compositions.
However, the quality reduces significantly when i zoom into adjustment/compound clips.

Does anyone have any suggestions for zooming for a multi-layered composite with the same loss in quality as individually zooming in for each clip?

Here's the skinny.

A Compound Clip is like a picture frame, the original clip is like the picture (or pictures) in that frame.

The elegance of this arrangement is that you can make adjustments to either the frame (Compound) or the picture (original). And each type of adjustment has different results.

So...if you prefer the results of scaling the actual clip, go with that. ;)
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
