Davinci Resolve Studio 17.1 HDR Grade

PostWed Mar 10, 2021 6:34 pm

Hi, after upgrading from 17 to 17.1, I cannot use HDR Grade tool (Color page) on existing projects. It is acting really weird, it is very slow as if it was stuck in some sort of infinite loop and I cannot move to Specular wheel. It seems to be using 1 whole core of my CPU. When I switch to another tool, CPU usage comes back down. Is anyone else experiencing something similar?

I'm running it on the latest version of Windows 10 Pro, Intel i7-9700K, AMD Radeon RX 580.

Thank you

After couple of restarts of Resolve and Windows, the problem seems to be gone.

I've not had any issues using the new HDR wheels in Studio 17.1 for Windows.

I use Intel/nVidia hardware.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
