In DVR16 I could re/link FrameIO files in the Media Manager with Timelines to be able to bring in or transfer comments to a timeline I was working on. This was done by using the contextual menu (right click) of the file and/or timeline you wanted to re/link.
I am on now DVR17.1 and now this contextual menu no longer includes the "link to FrameIO" choice.
The instructions in the DVR Manual remains the same from 16 to 17.
I am logged into my FrameIO account via preferences. I can export and upload to FrameIO from the Delivery page. I have shut down and re-opened several times.
This is/was a really important feature for working in remote teams - not all edits are delivered from my DVR, and are often delivered via other NLE's. With potentially hundreds of comments, I really don't want to flick back and forth between DVR and web browser just to get comments.
Can anyone help me to either what I am missing/doing wrong, or has this process been changed/ decommissioned, and it just hasn't been updated in the manual?
